Frontline AIDS website redesign: UX, content strategy, re-design and build

JOIN US ON THE FRONTLINE

Frontline AIDS is seeking to appoint a consultant for the following assignment:

Our purpose is to redesign and streamline our www.frontlineaids.org website, so that it better meets the needs of our key audiences (partner organizations, prospective partners and donors). In this brief we are defining a redesign as encapsulating improving user experience and journeys to meet user needs.

​SCOPE OF THE WORK

As a first stage in this process, the chosen agency will carry out an audit of the existing website to assess whether its currently meeting user needs. The agency will then deliver the refreshed website, collaborating throughout with the Communications team at Frontline AIDS.

​EXPECTED DELIVERABLES

  • ​Developed user personas (based on existing audience research) - delivered Q1 2023

  • ​User journey and content analysis workshop with the Communications team - delivered Q1 2023

  • Audit or review of existing web content and information architecture - delivered Q1 2023

  • Content and UX strategy and wireframe which guides the website refresh - delivered early Q2 2023

  • Refreshed website using existing brand guidelines optimised for our key audiences – delivered end of Q2 (end of July 2023)

​REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A digital agency which has a proven track record of delivering content strategy, UX, Re-design and Build with global charities and non-profit organizations.

​INVOICES AND PAYMENTS

Payment will be provided in 3 tranches: 1/3 up front at the beginning of the contract, 1/3 after delivery of the strategy and wireframe, and the final 1/3 after the redesigned website is
delivered. Travel expenses for the user journey and content analysis workshop will be covered by Frontline AIDS.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The web redesign contract will go out for tender on our website on the 18 January.

​The deadline for a submission is 31 January.

​Documents required to be included in the submission:

  • Proposal setting out the method for the overall redesign process and a detailed budget.
  • ​This should include examples or case studies of similar work carried out for non-profit agencies, ideally which has a global health focus.
